At Zenefits, we understand that some industries, labor costs still comprise such a large proportion of total costs that it is mandatory to carefully track and evaluate these costs. This is why we have added the Multiple Pay Rates feature that allows an employer to attach different pay rates to different labor distribution fields and the payroll is processed accordingly, taking into consideration the hours worked by an employee in multiple capacities.
